I run the group periodically when I have enough people expressing interest. It runs for a limited number of sessions, (Usually 6-8) that focus on stimulating your healing, creativity and confidence-building them through writing. I will guide you through exercises to facilitate opening up pathways and will give you prompts. We will share our work with each other and there will usually be a few surprises.
When members need some coaching on their process, or the feelings that emerge from their writing, that will happen live, as part of the program (Members may also opt to schedule additional one-to-one sessions with me at a discounted rate). It will not only be a healing space, but I hope you will have fun and gain some understanding of your feelings.
I do my best to keep pricing reasonable. It does depend on the number of participants and the number of group sessions offered at the time. Sometimes there are special guests at certain sessions too. Women only for this particular group! If you identify as male and would like a group like this, contact me to discuss it.
Some say a picture is worth a thousand words. That can be true sometimes. I think words are very important too.. the words we speak, the words we don’t out of fear or shyness, and the words we write.
I have been a writer all my life, with some publication behind me, and I hope more ahead of me. I was a writer long before I worked in social services (for many decades) helping individuals, couples and families, and long before I became a Life Reinvention, Grief, Women’s Confidence Coach.
So words are highly meaningful to me and I know writing can help us with emotional pain and trauma.
Writing about our thoughts and feelings can help us move through the grief process in a way that really gives an in-depth understanding, a way of expressing love and loss, and a way to discover some peace. Writing can aid us along the road of many different life journeys.

Grief Writing is very, very powerful. I can offer you some guided writing exercises and projects that are tailored to your needs. This will facilitate your travel through your grief journey, help you lessen your suffering, and will get you on the path to your own healing and growth.
