Let’s talk about using writing for healing, and growth. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. That can be true sometimes. I think words are very important too, though…the words we speak, the words we don’t out of fear or shyness, and the words we write.
I have been a writer all my life, with some publication behind me, and I hope more ahead of me. I was a writer long before I worked in social services (for many decades) helping individuals, couples and families, and long before I became a life and loss transformation coach.
So words are highly meaningful to me personally. I know that writing can help you heal, can help you move through the grief process in a way that really gives you an in-depth understanding, a way of expressing your love and loss, and a way to discover some peace. Writing can aid you along the road of many different life journeys.

Writing is but one of the tools I help clients use in our coaching work together, if they are open to doing it, but Grief Writing is very, very powerful.
