I really appreciate your presence in mine Iris
Dania Dbaibo Darwish, BBA, MA, PCC Life & Career Coach, Coaching Your 3Ps (Personal & Professional Progress) (colleague)
I have been dissatisfied with my life and career
Iris has really pushed me and challenged me to remember who I used to be-- what my passions and interests were. We are working on setting new goals together and I have a new enthusiasm for living. I almost don't recognize myself. I am beginning to look forward to whatever comes next and to view it all as an adventure. I know I have a way to go before I am certain but I have my old joie de vivre back thanks to Iris."
Iris is always warm and supportive, though she knows how to be tough when someone needs it! She has been through a lot in her own life and it truly helps her to understand many different experiences and perspectives.
Iris coached me during one of the most difficult periods of my adult life
Iris has remarkable recall and there is no need to "start from the beginning" for every session. Iris prepares meticulously.
She is able to avoid creating an unhealthy relationship of dependence. Her suggestions and assignments make a coaching session a shared venture, a balanced relationship. Iris is able to identify a client's strengths and weaknesses and use her insight to steer a client in a healthy direction.

I feel a lot better about where my life is going.
recent work together.
I found that I needed to be pushed to do something about achieving some
goals. Since I started with her, I have been eating better (mostly), I've
lost 7 pounds, and I'm forcing myself to find time to edit my book. She
has been very effective in getting me to not only articulate my goals, but
do something about achieving them. As an external forcing function, she
has been effective in my getting my life as a widower back in focus; there
were things I wanted to accomplish, but I didn't even know how to express
them until she, over several sessions, got me to figure out which things I
was working on were important, and which ones were merely time sinks which
did not move me closer to my goals.
I have been very pleased with what we have accomplished, and would
recommend her to others in my condition. I feel a lot better about where
my life is going.

Top Qualities for Iris: Good Value, High Integrity, Creative
In working with her several times over a couple of years, I gained crucial insight on nagging problems, with a clear way forward on very hard decisions..And some of the anticipatory grief about a loss I was resisting was much relieved.
I highly recommend Iris Arenson-Fuller as the coach to hire when you need work through a difficult transition. You couldn't be in better, more expert hands to help you uncover new possibilities, design your best options, and be nurtured by an encouraging belief in your ability to make the big changes you need for the second chances you want.

Iris came into my life at a very critical turn.
Iris put a lot of effort into getting to know me. She is generous with her time and talents. Iris listened carefully and shared tools and ideas that were tailored to my specific needs. I knew within the first two sessions that I was on the right track and with the right life coach.
I’m not where I want to be yet, but I am definitely on the right track. Iris breathes life back into flagging hopes and dreams. I feel courageous again for the first time in a long while. I have gone back to college, have exciting new ideas about starting a business, and even applied for and got a grant for school.

My life was a mess
I have not been utilizing coaching for a very long time
I have not been disappointed. Coach Iris has given me support that has helped me maintain some sense of balance while I have been transitioning. Coach Iris has gone above and beyond and I get a feeling of compassion from her coaching style. I have never been made to feel like I am just a client. I always get a feeling of someone with genuine concern and that her clients reaching their goals is as important to her as it is to the clients. Coach Iris, is honest, and will let you know that you have do the leg work for yourself, but offer suggestions, questions, and guidance along the way.

She pushed me to use my own talents and creativity
I have now worked with her over a few years, around a number of new challenges. Although I’ve had a lot of physical challenges that have been hard, I’m doing so much better now. It will take time, but I’m determined. When you talk to me, Iris, you remind me of all the things you’ve already taught me about myself. Thank you for always taking the time to bring me back to the present and beyond.
I would suggest your contacting Iris and hiring her as soon as possible.

Mary Art, Burlington, CT
An asset to her coaching clients, as she has been to the adoption community
Over the years I have been very impressed by two talents that Iris has. One of these is her ability to work with people and the other is her ability to be persistent in problem solving. Regarding the first areas, Iris has worked with hundreds of families from all walks of life in their quest to adopt children, and in hers to find homes for parentless children. This has always been a stressful time for families because of the precarious nature of adoption. Iris has always worked with these families in a compassionate, and yet frank and honest manner. As for her problem solving skills, Iris has become a master at untangling the very complicated web of problems surrounding international adoption. It is because of her perseverance and diplomatic skills in working with foreign officials that these problems become resolved and there was usually a positive resolution to the situation.

Iris has the compassion and toughness that will help you
As the former Exec Dir of an adoption agency, she has worn many different hats, some simultaneously. . Iris was, at one time warrior and saint- fighting for the world’s children and always working hard to bring them to their forever families. She stayed focused in a constantly changing environment, “kept her head” when things got challenging, and will help you do that too, as your coach.
Iris is good at many things- but her real strength lies in her solid communication skills. She has the ability to make difficult and complex situations easy to understand. She is a pro at helping people articulate and understands their feelings, which leads to better understanding for them and for better performance.

Positive outlook, truthful & encouraging at all times
Our first encounter with Iris Arenson-Fuller was at the time we began our journey to adopt a child. Her compassion for her work and her honesty were two of the qualities that initially steered us in the direction of choosing her agency for our adoption. She is very thorough and is an excellent communicator. Iris was always very responsive to our questions and made sure to get all of the facts before providing us with an answer. She has a positive outlook and is able to be truthful and encouraging at the same time, which can sometimes be a difficult task. There were also times that we contacted Iris for advice on situations and she was able to provide feedback without being judgmental.
Even now that our son’s adoption is complete, we continue to remain in touch. We are confident that we could contact her at any time and she would always be open to offer advice that we seek, or to just listen if we needed to talk. f you have any questions please feel free to contact us; Iris can provide our contact information to you.
